The number one mistake couples make is to “hire” friends and family who are attending the wedding. Our advice is to please allow them to be guests and enjoy the day just as much as you. Day of Coordinators (DOC) start working from the day they are hired to get all the details right to ensure your day flows.

An experienced DOC will have a detailed timeline from morning until the end of the event. Note, every seasoned DOC will stay until the end no matter what.
