Reservations

In-Season requires a 2-night stay (April 15 thru November 30). All prices shown do not include 6% PA sales tax, and 5% local tax. All prices are for double occupancy. *An additional person in our Liberty Suite (daybed) is $25 per person per night.

Special rates for whole house rentals/corporate/extended stays.

Reservations require a major credit card to secure the reservation. Downpayment to hold your room(s) is 50% of your stay. Balance of payment due upon arrival
Cancellations

Up to 1 week prior to check-in: No penalty.

Within 1 week of check-in: $50.00 cancellation fee (unless rebooking).

Within 24 hours of check-in: 50% of room charge. No-shows and same-day cancellations are subject to the full price of the room rate.
General

Check-in time is between 3:00 – 8:00 pm unless a previously arranged arrival time has been set-up. Check-out is 11:00 am.

Onsite staff 24/7. Daily housekeeping included in the room rate.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets...however, we can recommend an excellent dog sitter nearby.

Non-smoking atmosphere for the pleasure and health of all our guests, and we have a STRICT no flame policy in our Inn.
